    LBB loves Carnations

My mother and I have always been huge fans of carnations. I love their softness and fluffiness! This being said, I never really understood the bad stigma that they carry within the floral world. Typically known as a "filler flower" they are often paired unattractively with a lot of baby's breath; however, when grouped en masse they looking stunning! Let me help you see the light.

    Short Stack

I am loving the elegant simplicity of these two, even one tier cakes.
A small cake could work for intimate affairs where you have a small number of guests. If your wedding is large, you can still have a beautifully decorated smaller cake on display and for cutting; simply have a larger sheet cake in the back for serving. By "going low" you save $$ because typically the more tiers.....the more labor.....the more expensive the cake!
